A: Absolutely! We ship to all Australian addresses, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.

A: Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your door.
RETURNS & THE VENUS GUARANTEE
A: If you don’t love it, you’re covered by the Venus Guarantee — our no-stress, 30-day satisfaction promise. If you’ve used the product and it’s not quite right for you, simply contact us at info@venusrisingbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll arrange a refund. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
A: Yes, but only if the product is unopened and unused and returned to us within 30 days of delivery. Exchange requests must be approved by email first.
A: Once we receive your returned item:
- We inspect it within 3 business days
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear in your account

A: Email us at info@venusrisingbeauty.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to update the address. Once dispatched, we’re unable to change the address but we’ll work with you to find a solution.
